The client needed to establish whether the existing electrical installation at Ladywood House could support future redevelopment and increased building demand.
Before progressing with the next stage of the project, they required a clear understanding of the condition, resilience and available capacity of the existing electrical network, together with practical engineering recommendations for future investment.
The survey needed to assess the existing LV distribution infrastructure, switchgear, electrical assets and wider power-distribution network. Whitton Electrical was asked to identify ageing equipment, operational risks, resilience limitations and potential constraints on future expansion.
