La Tua Pasta- A great new factory designed and installed in just 6 months

About La Tua Pasta:

Since 2006, La Tua Pasta has been delivering delicious fresh pasta to some of the most prestigious hotels, restaurants, caterers and wholesalers in the UK and abroad. Their fresh pasta is also available in some of London’s most famous food markets including Borough Market.

The Challenge: A complete new factory design

Following the successful growth of the business, La Tua needed to expand into larger premises and migrate its entire manufacturing process.

Whitton Electrical was tasked with the end-to-end design and delivery of La Tua’s new factory, based in Park Royal, central London. In order to ensure La Tua could meet it’s growing order book, the installation phase of the project needed completion within 6 months.

The new factory design inlcuded the design, installation and commissioning of all systems within the new premises, including power distribution across site, lighting systems and fire and emergency lighting systems.

Outcomes:

Whitton Electrical successfully designed, installed, tested and commissioned the entire new factory, including production and back office areas, within the 6-month target time frame. This was also the first time Whitton Electrical had worked with Frigoveneta Italia to deliver all of La Tua Pasta’s commercial refrigeration.
